Customers in Sweden – 30 days open purchase, free returns
For orders delivered within Sweden, you have 30 days from receiving your order to return or exchange products – free of charge.
- Email customerservice@doseathletic.com with your order number and the products you want to return or exchange (and the new size, if relevant).
- We send you a prepaid return label.
- For exchanges, we also pay the shipping of the new size to you.
Customers outside Sweden – 14-day right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.
- Email customerservice@doseathletic.com with your order number within 14 days of receiving the order, and send the products back to us no later than 14 days after notifying us.
- You pay the cost of returning the products.
- Size exchanges are available within 30 days: you pay the return shipping to us, and we pay the shipping of the new size to you.
Condition of returned products
You may try on the products the same way you would in a store. Returned products should be unworn and unwashed, with tags attached and preferably in the original packaging. If a product has been used beyond what is needed to check it, we may deduct an amount corresponding to the reduction in value.
Refunds
We refund the purchase amount, including the original standard shipping cost, to your original payment method no later than 14 days after we received your return request. We may wait with the refund until we have received the products back. Please allow a few extra business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or Klarna.
Defective products
If a product is defective, you have the right to make a complaint for up to three years under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act. Email us with your order number, a description of the defect and, if possible, photos. For approved complaints we pay the return shipping, wherever you live.
