EU
For customers within the EU, we offer limited return options for defective products. Exchanges for size changes are available, but customers are responsible for the shipping cost to return the item to us. We will cover the shipping cost to send the exchanged item back to you. Products must be in original condition, with tags and packaging intact. Please contact us at customerservice@doseathletic.com within 30 days of receiving your item to initiate a return or exchange. For orders under 1000 SEK (approximately €90), a shipping fee of 99 SEK (approximately €9) will be applied. Shipping is free for orders over 1000 SEK (€90). Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after receiving and inspecting the item. If you’d like an exchange for a different size, let us know in your return request. While you are responsible for the cost to return the item to us, we’ll cover the cost to send the exchanged item back to you.

Outside EU
For customers outside the EU, we accept returns only for defective products, but exchanges for size changes are available.
